Priorat Wine TourBarcelona Travels arranges private wine tours to Priorat from Barcelona. We only arrange the tour for private groups of minimum 8 persons.
The schedule of the tour
The tour starts in Barcelona, where a coach and a guide will pick up the group at the hotel. We then go directly to Priorat, maybe with a short stop on the way at the freeway.
Before lunch we visit the first wine house, one of the most famous of the Priorat wine region. Here we try three of their best wines.
Gourmet Lunch
After the visit to the first winery, you are able to enjoy a nice gourmet lunch at a local restaurant in the heart of Priorat. They serve a three meal lunch- of coruse with several nice local Priorat wines.
Second winery
After lunch we visit a small family based winery in the small town Gratallops, known to be the best wineproducing town in Priorat. We will try three of the wine house's best red wines.
Late afternoon we return to Barcelona driving through the beautiful Montsant region. |
